Big Brand Tire & Service, backed by Percheron Capital, entered a definitive agreement to acquire Michigan-based Belle Tire and its roughly 185 Midwest stores, one of its largest acquisitions by store count.

It's a geographic leap out of Big Brand's Western base into the Great Lakes, and a major step toward its stated 1,000-store target.
